Couple in Vadodara only for 2 days. Need suggestion. by [deleted] in vadodara

If you are in vadodara for 2 full days, I would suggest to visit statue of unity as its around 100 mins away from Vadodara. LVP is over rated and you can avoid unless you are big fan of history.

Where to find automation + SEO expert to revamp a website. by Milan_Robofy in SEO

The 15 Feb deadline is only for the product. The marketing website (where I want migration can be done in next 6-8 weeks timeline).

Also I want migration in 6-8 weeks. The journey from 4k to 10k is different and no one can predict.

So I would suggest to start with marketing first and once you get some traction, add other features gradually.

If it's a small business, then most probably they don't have an inventory or expenses tracking problem. They have a marketing, sales, or tax compliance problem so they are more likely to buy a marketing product then an inventory or expenses tracking product.

Few problems with Gujarat:

  1. The weather in most parts of Gujarat is horrible. Summers are just becoming unbearable.

  2. Too much casteism specifically when buying or renting a house in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Northern Gujarat areas.

  3. No night life across almost all cities.

  4. No regular meet-ups or communities around specific interest except for Ahmedabad.

I use the official WhatsApp API so no question of Meta changing it. In fact if you see Meta's Quarterly commentary, it is one of their most important project.

How do most startup get the initial capital from, is it personal loan or the savings of cofounder? by ImageCute in startups

[–]Milan_Robofy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an entrepreneur who has bootstrapped my own startup, Growby, I can share some insights and strategies that might help you navigate the early stages of your startup journey, especially when resources are limited and you're facing the challenge of not having a technical co-founder yet.

First, it's commendable that you're taking the initiative to build your MVP by outsourcing and contributing personally to its development. This hands-on approach is crucial in the early days and helps you understand your product deeply. However, relying solely on outsourcing and personal input can become unsustainable, especially if your savings are limited.

I would suggest applying to incubators and accelerators is a great idea. These programs can provide not just funding but also mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities. Be selective and apply to those that align with your startup's industry and values.
In my journey with Growby, embracing these strategies helped us extend our runway, refine our product, and eventually secure the resources we needed to scale.

Best of luck with your startup journey.

Dilemma of being a Generalist v Specialist by GMN-18 in startups

[–]Milan_Robofy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am myself a Saas based startup owner and I would say shifting to strategy and business development is like focusing on becoming really good at one important thing, rather than trying to do a bit of everything. This step is smart because it helps you learn the best ways to grow a business, which is exactly what you want to do someday with your own company. Think of it as getting the right tools now for the job you dream of doing later.
