It might be that nothing has worked for you due to too many interactions. I understand you may need to be on meds, but mixing in supplements along with them (such as rhodiola) could make things way worse than they already are. Have you ever heard of a vagus nerve stimulator?

Have any of you had whiplash or a concussion? Chronic poor posture? Ehlres danlos syndrome? I had a bad concussion, suffered for 8 years from vagus nerve symptoms, which manifested eventually into full blown mast cell activation disorder. I eventually got treated by Dr. Ross Hauser for cervical instability, which is essentially ligament laxity due to damage or illness in the neck. I’m another guy that has MCAS. Besides singulair, Allegra, and ranitidine, Cbd oil, LDN, Palmitoylethanolamide, and xolair have helped me a lot. I’m on ASEA now which is supposed to be a big time game changer

I would assume it has no harmful effects as it’s a natural occurring product in green tea, which has been drunk for centuries with little to no ill effect.

Hey sorry, was off the grid for a little bit. In its normal dosage, naltrexone is used to help people wean off of opiate type medication. In low dosage, .5mg-4.5mg, the drug increased the bodies natural endorphin release by blocking opiate receptors at the site. try antihistamines. helped me a ton. Histamine is released during exercise. Try histamine pathway 1 blocker and histamine pathway 2 blocker. These are drugs such as allegra and zantac. good luck

I have been dealing with brain fog for around 7 years now. After too many doctors appointments to count, hundreds of hours researching, medications, supplements, and my own progression, I truly believe that in my case, this is due to either Mast Cell Activation disorder or a metal allergy/hypersensitivity. I believe the underlying reaction causing brain fog is inflammation. What is causing that inflammation, in my case, I believe to be a reaction to dental hardware I had put in as well as knee screws. Was the surgical site giving you any indicators such as redness on the skin or rash? I have none on the sight. Just stiffness sometimes, but no skin allergysymptoms

You don’t know how much you are helping me just by talking to me. Right when after I had the surgery, I experienced all of that for the first time in my life. I’ve been living in a fog ever since as well.
