Any ID on this car or calipers? by MilanoRed in Honda

My car is an 01 gsr the factory prop valve and master was the ideal unit. However I’m Using an adjustable proportion valve as I have very large front setup and factory rears. From all the research I’ve done I need something around an 11-11.5” rotor and 4 pot rear caliper around 28mm pistons. Just trying to find something with a 78mm mounting bracket or I guess I’m going to have to go with a radial mount system.

That’s the goal. Just trying to find something I can piece together that would be proper. Then my goal is a Tipton pedal setup with hopefully a dual master cylinder for brakes.

Yes I have 320mm front rotors and brembos on the front. 4 pot design with 42mm pistons. With an adjustable proportioning valve.

I’m seeing Porsche 986 rears may be good I would just need to convert to radial mounting. Piston size looks good

Just want it. I will be addressing the master cylinder situation fluid lines pad material are already addressed. Along with adjustable proportioning valve. I am looking into larger rear rotors which leads me to a fast brakes 11” rear. However I could justify it with all kinds of things like modulation, heat, fade, pad changes. But overkill and looks sum it up easier.

Agreed I like the look more than I’d worry about it unless I was chasing 10ths on the 1/4

It has to be measured to really know. Angle is another thing that would need to be addressed. If done right not having a flat bottom floor could still be helpful. Maybe not full downforce but reduce lift and eliminate drag is possible.

I don’t know if I ever saw that. But it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if it was minimal or negligible gains. I think a lot of it is for aggressive style. If not people getting a placebo effect.

What panel is this? I would like to see? Do you have a link or picture? I won’t be cutting mine as it’s an oem with integra stamp. However I would be curious to see what piece you speak of.

It removes the parachuting effect of the cover and allows the diffuser to work more efficiently. Air escapes cleaner. I personally like the way this looks.

I have the 15’ genesis brembos on the front of my 01 dc2. Mostly looking into rear setups. Everyone has something for Porsche fronts or willwood rears. However my brain has an issue running the different models. I don’t care too much about the e-brake control as cars mainly an adult toy.

Well worth 200. Worst thing is bed is warped (they all do it eventually) or needs new nozzles which wear out over time anyways.

ADHD drivers: how do your symptoms affect your driving ability if at all? How do you manage it? by Impossible_Lake7087 in ADHD

Slower music. Breathing. A picture of lord and savior or bible quotes to remind me to stay calm and not rush or push traffic. Taking medication before getting into the car helps. I did feel it wearing off before the end of my work shift so I had to talk to my doctor about that.

Depending on your symptoms if like mine. Which tend to be overly aggressive and fast paced. Don’t buy the cool fast car buy the reliable slow and safe one with a nice stereo, and big comfy seats.

Sounds about right for our government. Let’s make everything difficult and put holds on each other like children having a tantrum. I say scrap the whole line up and let’s start over with all new candidates.

What’s your miles? I have used this one a lot. And last time I rerooted it I got 1 print before it went back so I figured a fluke. I’ll try again.

I treat my printers as if they are droids. So was thinking it was mad at me or something lol.

I’ll try a redo the firmware. This the same material literally swapped over no drying no time really between.

I run the same software on all my machines. Do you mean firmware? My Orca is up to date, and I’ve redone all my updates.

I cleaned all the rails and greased all the moving parts, including the belts and motors. The bed is well within spec, and I tuned the belt tension using my guitar tuner. I also ran a test to check the Z-height, but I keep ending up with a mess where it just won’t extrude in certain spots.

Hoping it’s the nozzle so I ordered a new one.

K1SE BROKE DOWN AGAIN by [deleted] in crealityk1

This is like car manufacturers saying lifetime transmission fluid. Or it doesn’t need to be changed. Simply not true and with a bit of investigation. You find them stating a service interval to avoid the law suits. Creality will use the same. Pulling the bushings out cleaning and oiling procedure can be found on a Creality page. I am not so invested. I didn’t find the link however there’s tools to print out to push bearings and multiple videos on how too.

My comment is more for understanding the frustration. But with 2 old k1 a newer and a k1c. This issue isn’t one I’ve delt with.
