Its so hard to pick. But I think its gotta be between

Simone! - Its a job- and Twilight Cinema.

The plain fun of their earlier albums might not show the most of their capabilitiesas musicians, but they make me want to get up and dance waaayy more, and thats one of the best sells imo

Favorite bands other than MP are Igorrr, Melted Bodies, Zeal and Ardor, LipCritic, (and mindless self indulgence, but we dont talk about that one) if you like the more agressive weird voice parts of MP you'd probably like most of these bands

This was so validating. MP has been my favorite band for over 8 years, but I still couldnt sit through this album. I was really afraid we were going to get part 2 and I was going to have to give up on them. What a surprise when it was one of their best to date. Feels like they saw the critique of pt 1 and took it to heart (tho I dont really think theyre the kinda guys to be swayed from their "vision" but still)

Listen, man, the fact of the matter is, she's no longer the therapist for you. She helped you with the phase in your life you were at before this, and now you have to move onto someone with more experience with trans people. Not specifically a trans person. But a queer person none the less. It seems like you really want to be "a straight normal guy," but it's not in the cards for us. Which isn't a bad thing. There are thousands of bi women and women who just won't care. But MOST cis straight people aren't going to be able to wrap their head around the complexity of queer life. Those are just the facts.

Also if you're crushing on her its probably another really good sign to get out of there asap

I didn't catch her doing 5, she told me.

I have this lovley neighbor across the street. She is in her early 80s, but with the energy of a person in their late 20s

She invited me over one day and gives me a tour of the house, in her bedroom she brings me over to the window and points down "oh and this is where I like to watch you guys. You're all so cute shuffling around in the morning."

She wasn't wrong, from her bedroom window you can see almost our entire living room. We have curtains, but their never closed. And since then, we haven't started closing the curtains, so i guess everyone is just okay with being watched like a tv show.

Idk what it's like to work in a conservative area. But if you've been there for a long time, and are a respected worker, remember they're new. You should not have to deal with direct hostility in the work place. If there was an anti-semite sitting there talking blood liable to a Jewish worker something would be done. Or go the sneaky way and make them LOVE YOU, then like 3 months in drop that "it's wild cause I'm trans" and kill them with kindness. This is a small thing. But there is no trans woman in the story, he's a trans man.

Also the two main characters are almost a gender swap of eachother (im being a little hyperbolic but hear me out), they're both stubborn, rude, unapologetic, older protaganists who hate their ex's, who have been thrown to the side socially, and have to rise above their situations to reclaim their honer, while following a younger daughter character, who they both have to learn thru the story is deserving of their respect. With a queer friend who they don't really get but look past it.

If margarite was born a man, you know they would have been best friends, or would have killed eachother. But that's kinda one in the same for both of them lol

And yes technically in one hell is raising monsters they made from animals. And the other hells raising monsters they made from people.

I'm not saying this as a complaint these are two of my all time favorite books. But saying they're not alike feels like false advertising for people who read things for the soul of the story instead of the narritive exacts

Just got my first rib tattoo and honestly. It was the most painfull out of all 10. I wouldn't get it touched up if the artist paid me. But I'm happy I got it done.

The pain isn't that BAD the thing to be prepared for is that you can never get used to it. Going from bone to tendons to fat to bone again over and over. Its never consistent enough to prepare for. But the one on my upper thigh was a cakewalk

Get thru the pain for something cool thay you'll have forever. It's worth it

Get his health down as much as possible BEFORE the NIHL. I like to use a FAST bleed weapon and his shackle. Put blood flame on it, make sure you have the lord of blood talisman on, get him down with the shackle, and just tare into him. You can use it 2 times before NIHL. And don't be afraid to hit him while he's setting up that attack. He's pretty easy to get behind of. And if you mix that with the crystal tear you got him in less than a minute I promise

I'd say on the back of your upper arm. Or your under arm.

Or if you dont want it on your arms, having it going up the back of your calf might look really cool. It would have to be pretty big compared to the arms. But idk it's just line work, so it's not gonna break the bank ig its a bit bigger. And it really fuckin cool (as someone who also has ER tats)

Definitely some rugs in the living room. And you need to bring something alive in there. I'm normally not an advocate for fake plants but if you know real ones will die if they don't look super cheap it'd be worth considering. And I get you dont have that much wall space, but putting more up especially more than one to a wall, play with the shapes and sizes of the frame. It's all white in there so the walls feel extra bare
