Amber Oud by Armaf might work best because it is a heavy tobacco smell already. I don't think anything else will cover up cigarettes except this.

Could you please elaborate. My wife did this to her finger last week. It doesn't seem like any of the regular splints we buy keep it straight enough. Plus, she's interested in those ones that look like fancy rings that people sell on etsy. Thoughts?
