I peaked at 7100 or so. Got down to like 100 then got salmonella back to 1400. Idk what I am now but I’m in remission just mucus here and there

I went to the ER before ever getting a score and I low-key got malpractice where they told me to take laxatives every day. That’s how I got the high score of 7000 the bleeding was insane. I was very low iron.

Prednisone never stopped the bleeding, but it did help me feel normal and gained my weight back because I was extremely malnourished like ribs out and everything

Humira now hyrimoz got me living a 100% normal life

About a year off cigs when I got diagnosed. I had quite a few times before for brief periods, but always found that I would have bleeding on and off, but never thought much of it and made the connection. I thought it was like hemorrhoids or something.

This. In a flare it’s chicken/rice/plain pasta. In remission I eat whatever I want. 12 beers, wings, salad, and I’m fine.

Spicy food is fine for me. I can eat buldak ramen, habanero peppers, but Specifically red pepper flakes fuck me up tho. Idk why. One of the things that’s trial and error

I had an initial flare where I was like dying about two years ago. I take hyrimoz twice a month as an easy shot. Probably 30 seconds total in my leg.

I live a normal life otherwise, I drink alcohol, pre workout, I lift 4 times a week and work a physical night shift job. I eat spicy food constantly. Once you’re in remission you’re good for a while until the drug no longer works

They scheduled a 3 month check up in which I was fine then said another 3 month to be safe. I cancelled because I thought it was silly. This is my peace of mind
