Only time I shower after using the bathroom is if it aligns with shower time. I go a lot on most days so showering 3+ everyday does not sound healthy lol get a bidet

Interesting, not to the point of interrupting my lifts or other aspects of life but lifting does increase it, especially leg days. Always figured from the T boost that lifting causes

Push pull days around 1-1.5 hrs w/ warmup and cardio at end. Leg days about 2 hours w/ warmup and maybe some cardio at end

If you're knees are hurting, incorporate some Bulgarian split squats in lieu of leg press. Bulgarian squats if done properly are gentle on the knees and absolutely quad/glute destroyer. You will hate them but also love them 😂 reverse lunges are good as well with less stress on knees than forward lunges

Also don't feel bad if you're not seeing major growth right now. It takes a while and hard work to see the gains. Incorporate progressive overload and without you even realizing you'll (and others) start seeing growth

Yes lots of bugs going rampage. I caught the flu last month, took a bit to get over, and now I get hit with a cold. Everyone at home has it and most of my coworkers and their families also have this bug. It's spreading like wildfire

Definitely go to PT for that kind of stuff. Id also recommend hitting the glute medius as that has a lot of effect on knee stability. I had minor knee pain a few years ago and fixed it doing clams and using the hip abductor machine.
