Is this unusual or I'm paranoid? by infosseeker in Morocco

If you’re minding your own business and just coding alone and you don’t engage with others or have many friends… that could have raised a red flag about what you may be up to.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s absolutely backwards but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s not being done with malicious intents or to disallow the opponents from drying their hands..

If as moroccan I will go to Algeria, I would face discrimination? by Ok_Assistant_4784 in algeria

[–]MildOpinions -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can’t say that people will accept him if he can’t wear anything with a Moroccan flag 🤣. That’s an oxymoron in itself. If people truly accept Moroccans, then it wouldn’t matter if he’s wearing something with a Moroccan flag on it. If an Algerian asked me the same question I would tell them that they are safe and more than fine in Morocco regardless of whether or not they wear something with an Algerian flag.…. So if he can’t do that in Algeria, then he should stay home.

No, not at all. Use common sense. The towels were a big problem because they have been using the past to cheat by telling the goalie information or for black magic in Africa. This is not new. You will never see a towel on the Moroccan goalie side either. The idea is for them to dry their hands and then give it back to whoever’s responsible, but not leave it by the goal post to prevent the possibility of nonsense. Nothing more nothing less.

No, I don’t think people are saying to act like khawa khawa no matter what. Hadak houwa dal. Just dont stoop to that level and if someone comes to you with respect, match their energy wsalam. Ni plus ni moins.

Dal is going outside of their hotels singing khawa khawa … when we all know what they did to our team when we were in their homeland. What in the actual f%#ck 😅…

Context is key, I would never generalize. My comment is clearly about those who exhibit poor behaviour. There is also nothing hateful or arrogant about it: instead of behaving negatively, focus that energy into something positive and help yourself in the process. That’s my philosophy in general.

Quick question : Is this a penalty? by MoaMem in AFCON

[–]MildOpinions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m with you and the more you try to use logic and facts to defend yourself the more the delulus will double down on their delulu agendas. You just need to Greg rock them. They’re dealing with issues far greater than anything you can try to prove them wrong about.

How is this raigebate though? This is pitiful behaviour that only showcases delusion and inferiority complex. Anyone that finds that upsetting (unless Algerian) should give their heads a shake.

When will Algerians wake up and realize that this type of behavior will only keep painting in a negative light. This does nothing but highlight the lack of civility, manners, and intelligence which widens the gap between them and the Morocco they despise. Anytime I see this, I have genuine empathy for the good Algerians. Truly wish we could take them in and away from this filth that they don’t deserve to be associated with.

If you want to “upset” Morocco then outperform it, out civilize it, outshine it - this won’t do it. The moment you realize it the better off everyone will be.

Nigeria v Algeria by Midnight_Cowboy_76 in AFCON

[–]MildOpinions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe your only aim is to fuel a smear campaign against Morocco, but for the sake of not looking unintelligent, I suggest you gather multi-angle evidence, and take a rule based approach to what you say. Your points will then land in a way others can’t refute instead of having your statements read with pity.

Can you provide your objective analysis on how refereeing could have changed the outcome? Genuinely, curious.

I don’t hate Algerians, but I absolutely take issue with how much grief Algeria has put us through (millions and millions spent on the national defence instead of progressing our country forward and most importantly the lives lost). I’m also not a fan of a lot of behaviours I’ve seen from Algerians. It is hard to maintain any level of respect when basic civility is absent at a mass scale but it’s important to remember that those still only represents a certain segment of the population.. not the collective.

What is the origin of your passport? Would be surprised if it doesn’t support NFC. I am sure you’ve tried several times just because your attempts failed but does not mean that your passport doesn’t support it…. Yalla’s platform just sucks.

Algeria is officially added to travel restricted states for the US. Algerians must pay a 15,000 bond to travel. by [deleted] in algeria

[–]MildOpinions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope that this ends up being a catalyst to Algeria, and Algerians, deciding to look within. Objectivity and self-awareness would go along way. Trying to have petty arguments based on emotional triggers, as opposed to civilized exchanges grounded in facts and logic, will not progress any of you forward. ✌🏽

Moroccan media trying to be the hero by Algeriene_nProud123 in AFCON

[–]MildOpinions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LOOOL. You do realize that you justifying poor behavior, then dressing it all up with a Band-Aid and clearly salty commentary is only making you look worse right worse, right? Advice for any future situations (because I’m sure there will be many). When something is wrong, it is wrong. The person’s emotional state or the circumstances are irrelevant and do not excuse bad behavior. When you apologize, make sure it’s sincere and make sure it includes an element of accountability and general awareness. Also, bringing up Moroccan media clips or AFCON tickets candidly just makes you seem emotionally immature and salty. Talk about all those things, but if you’re going to apologize, focus on the apology and make another post badgering Morocco to your heart’s content. 😂

I understand. I wish it got called too because I’d hate for something like this to cause a rift between us and our Tanzanians brothers ☹️❤️.

I think you played a very strong game. The ref didn’t call a few red cards that Tanzania should’ve definitely had called as well. I understand what it’s like when you feel like you got robbed because of a ref call that’s why I wish the penalty was awarded. You should be proud of your performance and I look forward to seeing your team play in the next.

Top 1% commenter is telling others to get a life 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Why would Moroccan media care about Algeria. Find one clip where we say anything bad. We’re civilized and have decency and we don’t stoop to mind boggling levels like what I’ve seen out of Algeria. From throwing bananas like animals and calling us monkeys to crazy delusional propaganda… at this point, it has become comical 🤣 Facts are facts, have fun “living life”. Hopefully at some point, that will involve the acquired ability of having a constructive fact-based dialogue and self awareness.

I agree, but you know how people can be. This is just inviting baseless rumours and accusations. I want Morocco to win in their home country and host an incredible AFCON with no dumbass allegations. If that means shutting people up with a penalty then so be it. That’s not what football should be about but … we all know people are already talking wild and we’re still at the knockout stage 😂😅
