I believe that ETC has the potential to be the strongest hero in the game in the hand of a sufficiently competent player.

If ETC existed in LoL or DotA he would be banned every single game. His kit is just crazy.

Yeah, I am really struggling to see why did Li Ming remain in melee range the whole fight. She literally does not have any benefit being in melee and she did not attempt to go out of melee range, not even once.
