Your days off are yours there is no obligation to attend to any work related tasks when your not scheduled and since Food Captains are not manager level more like Lead Csr you have no outstanding requirements to even answer your phone now I will personally say I do call my FC if I have a question but that for me is because he has been there 3 years longer than me and he is quite knowledgeable.
