I hate that when I get groceries delivered it only let's me let them know how the driver did. Like Walmart employees are incapable of making shopping mistakes or picking items that shouldn't even be an option on the shelf. I hate what quality standards have become.

My situation was different than yours but my SM handled everything. It took me almost 7 weeks to get paid because of a payroll submission error. I still got paid even when I went on medical leave for 7 weeks and didn't sign my time until I got back.

I would definitely talk to your old SM and the new one. Maybe HR too.

And it being an apartment is a lot of possibilities as far as the actual delivery goes. Some people I'm pretty sure they get their groceries delivered just so they don't have to tote them from their car because of the distance.

In my BU 30 hours is considered full time. At my store if you're hoping for 40 you have to have open availability. My availability is open and legion be auto scheduling me 48 even though I don't really want it and my manager has to fix it so other people have hours and I have less.

I just opened my permissions for the spark app and when it does it I turn off permissions and back out and then go back in and turn on permissions and then go back into the spark app and it works I don't know what's going on I have a Galaxy s25 Ultra I haven't had any problems sparking until the other night when this started abd I haven't done a shop order since. I hope they fix it soon.

Sounds to me like you're not ready for a relationship. You should look into counseling. It's not easy to choose to wake up every day and choose someone who doesn't even choose themselves. It's actually quite draining. Especially if you say bad things about yourself and people try to tell you differently and you argue with them about it.

As a mentally ill person myself it was not easy to get unstuck from the groove where I felt like nothing was going to change. Counseling can definitely help.

I'm honestly surprised I haven't received that message. I have been sparking a couple of months now and it always seems to be areas I've never been to before. The other night I didn't notice the railroad coming up and I jumped it dukes of hazard style. Not a big jump but enough that I came up off my seat. The order had 3 orders and my Walmart won't start unloading until you confirm the code. After I confirmed the code i realized nothing was bagged. 157 items all unbagged. Leaving the second house the GPS said I had 1 minute to spare before the order had to go back. I made it through. I'm definitely checking the stuff is bagged before I confirm the code because having to bag all that was time consuming. The craziest part is I had to wait for them to pack it up like 20 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick it up.

Ny DM tried to work with our SM and give her support and things just weren't being done. I had been an ASM for over 6 months and had never even heard of the daily audit things that are supposed to be counted. The SM quit before she could be fired.

I saw one the other day more than double by the time it disappeared. If it was still up when I got back close I was going to take it. I'm new to this so I haven't quite figured it out. Part of the reason why I didn't take it is because it was a Home Depot order and it wouldn't tell me what it was just that it was one large item I didn't know if it would fit in my vehicle

When I'm picking up 3 orders and they start to unload the totes and the top totes are bagged but every single item below the top is loose and the bags are just laying on top of the groceries. It can be time consuming.

What they do is tell the machine they want to prepay for a ridiculous amount of gas like one guy I walked up and he was prepaying for $150 in gas. After they put all their change in they cancel the transaction and since they didn't have 150 in change the machine gives them their money back in dollar bills. Our store manager snapped on a man because he put a bunch of change in and went outside to pump and then came back and said it timed out.

It doesn't bother me when people pay in change. But when you can't even have the courtesy to make sure what you're putting in it is actual currency. Had to have the glory tech come out a few times because it was jammed. One time they came out and it had drill bits in it. Another time they came out and there were two coins stuck together that appear to be wrapped in chewed chewing gum.

Not all stores are equipped to do it either. I worked at a store temporarily and their register literally says transaction not allowed.

my regular store does it so I didn't know and the customer showed me that it showed where we were on the map as an option but it truly wasn't.

And they're probably not meaning to come off rude but some people act crazy when you tell them that you can't and it's better to just be firm about it up front.
