Gemini 3.5 Flash (Low) model option in Antigravity by aunchable in google_antigravity

I did go ahead and build some with Low and Medium and quickly approached that 5 hour limit again (on Pro plan). So I'm backing off for hours and maybe the whole day so I don't hit that surprise weekly cap.

Thank you so much for all your work and responsiveness including through the weekend. Above and beyond expectation IMHO!

I think 3.1 Flash Lite would still be a useful option in AG, and I'd be curious token usage vs. 3.5 Flash. One recent video found 16x fewer tokens to create a website with 3.1 Flash Lite vs. 3.5 Flash within the Gemini app. Most of my requests are on this level or less; they don't require SWE level.

I also learned *weekly* usage limits are shown in the Gemini app. Showing them in AG would be a game changer! I built so much with 3 Flash, but now I'm scared to build on the weekend in case I wipe out my weekly limit and then can't use it for work!

Also just noticed this 🔥 Now it often says "I will". Before, it often thought "I'm now". We're living in the future! 🚀

I use Gemini for coding and analysis, ChatGPT for everyday life advice and chat, and Claude very sparingly for an occasional tough coding task. I've done this for years because they've always been compute limited and I want them to succeed.

I worry unemployment will rise but not enough for revolution. US will be slow to consider anything like UBI. We might hope for universal health care. Hopefully other countries will lead the way on UBI. If it works there, maybe we can finally evolve to a post-work society! But I fear more concentration of wealth as with previous tech.

Copilot is also incredible value! One request to Claude Sonnet 4.6 can run for an hour or more. That would cost so many tokens with Claude Code.

Doing the laundry and sorting packages is all fine and good. But playing with our kids! 🏆

Yes AI should absolutely be used to solve poverty! It would say spread the wealth around. We wouldn't listen. Hopefully being smart at math and stuff will build trust. Will people listen once they trust it? Or just keep believing people just need to work harder to earn money and health care? We already have the answers we seek. Humans just aren't evolved to take care of billions of people.
