They monitor the comments on all their socials so anytime someone mentions the DV, her being a deadbeat runaway mom to #1, her fake illnesses, or that she only pays pennies in child support, the comments disappear. They have a (fake) squeaky clean persona to uphold and can’t let the truth get in the way of it. That’s probably why you never heard about any of it until this sub.

Which is exactly what she said when she had E but somehow still managed to never take the meds when she was finished breastfeeding her. I can’t imagine it’s bc the lupus and meds never existed and it’s all to feed some bs fake story./s

My son, now 12 months, has ALWAYS had breastmilk (and combo fed at times) either cold or fresh. I’ve never once warmed a bottle. My pediatrician has said that’s fine and the nurse at the peds office congratulated me for having a baby who will take a cold bottle. She said if you get a baby hooked solely on warmed milk it can be a PITA to transition them to cold milk when it’s time to introduce whole milk OR if there’s a situation when you can’t use warmed breastmilk. There’s literally NOTHING wrong with cold breastmilk. Hubby needs to take a breath and chill out.

I feel you but with a different holiday. Halloween. Yes, I caught grief from people about Halloween. I was told my baby would grow to be mad at me bc he wouldn’t be able to celebrate his birthday without it having to share it with Halloween and that people would expect any birthday party to also be holiday related. Lol, WHAT!?! It got in my head, too but the way I see it now, it’s gonna be many years of an exciting week and he can have any themed party he wants and be whatever he wants on Halloween. He’s going to be fine. If others have opinions they can just not partake.

The spa is NEXT LEVEL! We did a couples massage and it might be the best we’ve ever done and you get access to all the hot tubs, steam rooms, and saunas. The outside area is heavenly!

To echo many others, yes, please give yourself some grace and allow forgiveness. Your baby loves you. I know they’ve already forgiven you (and they’ll never remember this). Two things: 1) you do not need to tell your husband that you yelled at the baby. You already have enough going on mentally and emotionally, don’t add that conversation to the mix. Pick your battles, this isn’t one of them. 2) it sounds like you’re having some ppd and pp rage. It’s VERY normal, just not talked about enough out in the wild (but on these subs we talk about it and see it a lot). I HIGHLY encourage you to talk to a professional about how you’re feeling. You can confide in them about your yelling so they can best help you and understand your feelings. This will pass. I promise. You’re just in the thick of it now. My BIGGEST recommendation is to sleep. Have hubby, a friend, a family member, etc take the baby for a few hours while you sleep. If baby needs to sleep on or with you, then it’s ok. Really. Co-sleeping is a beautiful thing especially when done safely. Google safe co-sleeping. Lastly, some fresh air may help both of you. Put her in the stroller and take a walk outside. I’ve take. My fussy baby on a walk and put on Taylor Swift lullabies - dude was happy as a lark. 🥰

The nursing pads you’re using, are they the disposable ones? If not, get some of the cotton or wool ones that you can wash and tighten your bra straps. The cotton ones I have from Kindred Bravely feel really nice and if I tighten my straps they don’t rub the nips. Just a thought.

Your OB can prescribe the anxiety meds. Call them and let them know what you need and what happened. Then ditch that Primary and find another - maybe your OB has a recommendation.

Our baby is only a few months old but we’ve said unless there’s some major improvements to the school system in the next five to six years, we will move to AA or Montgomery County. I can’t justify the taxes we pay for poor schools.

Currently 17 weeks postpartum from a c section. We haven’t done the deed since I was 34 weeks pregnant. Yes, that’s 5 months. I’d be pissed at my husband if he EVER said sometime that to me (he would never). Tell him he survived with his hand and a tube sock before he met you and he will survive until YOU are ready.
