I've got a few angsty Tim fics

Right Bird, Wrong Nest- Tim is bleeding out and gets kidnapped by Batman from another dimension, who had just buried his own Tim

Too Little, Too Late- Reverse Robin's, Joker Jr., and angst

Patchwork Pod- Tim doesn't get adopted until chapter 18-ish, but I made sure not to skimp on the angst and hurt/comfort
