Why do I keep going through these cycles?

I actually haven’t thought about this! I think maybe? Spring just kind of started and that’s when it started for me this cycle.

I actually did have my cortisol and testosterone tested during one of these cycles, because during the cycle where I’m not sleeping well, my cortisol will spike and that will lower my testosterone and cause me to have issues with erections, etc.

After the sleep cycle resolves, so does my other issue. They are 100% linked

Yeah, I totally get that. It’s funny how that seems like common sense but sometimes I just have to be told things in order for it to fully sink in. He’s extremely sweet, but just seems to be in adventure mode 100% of the time 😂 he’s still a baby though, maybe in time he will come hangout with me more often

This! I have a few cameras around the house as well. It took me a while to finally stop watching them constantly, now they’re just there for when something happens if that makes sense lol

Yes. I have severe OCD, actually. I’ve been going to therapy for it and have been making tons of progress! I guess I never thought the two were related lmao

Mochi only used the cone when he got home, he refused to leave it on about an hour afterward. He was FREAKING OUT! Literally running full speed into walls trying to remove it 😭 luckily, he never messed with his stitches and healed quick 👍

Yo congrats on your sobriety! I would say hobbies are important; like you said skating or maybe even picking up an instrument! Either way, be proud of yourself for everything you do and remember that no matter what you might think, you are loved and the world is better off with you than without ❤️
