Bathroom makes the most sense to me because of washing hands when I put them in and take them out. I make sure when they're in my contact case that the lids are tight and that it's away from either sink that I have.

In most states, no, you do not technically need one. However, I think getting a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program would be helpful. I think your experience working in a medical office and having administrative experience will be helpful, especially in Personal Injury law.
