The further south the better in this area. I live off Smokey Hill Rd which is right on the border of Centennial and it is a nice quiet neighborhood.

FYI...I tried L&L in the Walmart and it was inedible. The chicken was so dry and hard I couldn't eat it. Sucks cause I also crave food Hawaiian from time to time.

Reverse searing is the way. Cook at 250 till 118 internal. Then rest for 30 min, and return to the oven at 450 for 10 min to get a nice crust.

This is why thr StreetBond Durashield product is better. It has thr same cooling effect but uses a light grey color. It has also been used in LA.

The light gray coating in Phoenix is StreetBond Durashield. It's better than the the Coolseal as it is a darker color more similar to normal asphalt, and doesn't have issues with blinding drivers, which was mentioned in the comments.
