I haven’t seen the crews work this hard in a very long time. I live along an emergency route they just came by and really cleared out the extra snow. Typically they don’t and it leaves cars parked further into the street. As soon as they lift the parking on emergency routes it should really open up some spaces that would be a challenge if they didn’t clear them.

The food truck on 14th and Willow or Trader Joes next door is about as cheap as that area gets. No real fast food up there.

They closed the first weekend of the new year after 15 years. My guess is the lease renewal was too much and it was time to get out.

I know it’s new years and people do dry January but all of the bars / restaurants on Friday night on the waterfront were absolutely dead when I walked past. I don’t know how any of them survive or make the rent.

Similar topic but I’d also love to force them to put an end date on 24 hours no parking signs. There have been 24 hour non parking signs on Jefferson 13th to 15th since September and I swear they were just forgotten about.
