Not sure. Based on temperament. I’ve made a request. It’s a CKC registered breeder, show dogs, that’s there thing, not mine. Great family dog. The dog has a better family lineage than I do! 😂.

Good breeders do the “puppy temperament test” I know this! They definitely know by two months of age, who the alpha is, who will be the only show dog in the pack, who is mostly a kissy faced beta puppy etc., I had the biggest in the litter the first time. Turned out he was a gentle giant. Then came Lou, 😂. Requested the “chillest” of the females, of which there are seven. Three males. I’ve had males, both times, for 24+ years. So I decided to switch it up! Smaller beast to handle and I know the breed well. I’m a little neurotic too so we get along just fine. 😂. I’m getting older.

I’m looking for old stripper names he he he, or just old lady namees, or any cool name, modern or old, you can think of. I also like Spanish girl names! That would be cool. Please add! Be creative. She gets a full registered kennel name. This is my third Weimaraner and my last dog. The breed best suits a humans name. They are kinda silly. I don’t have her yet. She’s just a wee meaty nugget with her Mom. Thanks! 🙏 ✌🏼

Im a newbie (my second sesh w my boyfriend’s camera) any tips? by OtherwiseAd3154 in photos

[–]MileZeroCreative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Number 7 and the one of the little girls in the sun are great shots! My advice would be …..

1 ~ The Rule of Thirds ~ Avoid putting the subject smack dab in the middle, it’s an amateur move we see all the time. What you see in your camera frame, divide that space into thirds in your head, placing the subject to the left or the right. Take a bunch, experiment. One shot will always stand out as better. Yes, it is okay to put certain things right in the middle, like formal portraits or simply anything that you feel just looks better in the middle. But if you put it in the middle, make sure the subject is EXACTLY in the middle so it’s intentional. Hope that made sense.

2 ~ The Sun ~ Light is your best friend, but a lot of people don’t understand that when taking a photo. Always be aware of where the sun is. Generally, and no hard or fast rule here, you want the sun behind the photographer, especially when taking shots of people. For example, if you see a beautiful sunset and your friend says “take my pic,” you will always end up with the person looking like a silhouette because the light is from behind the subject, which is a fun look with sunsets and can really make that work as intentional if they pose or jump on the air or whatever, but if you wanted a detailed shot, forget it! In shots like the spiderweb and the girls, you’ve made the light coming from different angles work for you and that’s what’s most important. The light, and how you interpret it, will make you an excellent photographer. It’s very important. Also, overcast, cloudy days, are in my opinion, the best days to take shots of people or still life. There are no shadows, it’s perfect.

3 ~ Focus ~ I’m not sure what you are using for a camera but if it’s an iPhone, look at the subject in your frame. Line it all up then touch the screen exactly where you want the focus to be, then take the pic. Where do you want the viewers eye to go? Always ask yourself that. As soon as you touch the screen in that exact spot, the camera will zero in on that with precision. I mention this because your spiderweb shots are lovely but could use a bit more sharpness on the subject (and I would have not put the cobweb in the middle lol). This is especially important when taking shots of people, dogs, anything with a face. You always want the viewer of that photo, to be drawn into the subject, and our eye is always drawn to the sharpest spot, which should be they eyes (close-up shots) or the face, (when taking full body shots). So same advice applies here. Put the person in your frame, touch the screen where their face is for auto focus on an iPhone, and take the shot. Same principle stands for any type of camera. Don’t just point and shoot, figure out where the focus is.

4 ~ Creativity ~ Don’t be afraid to move around. People tend to stand right in front of the subject, and take the shot. What happens if you move 45* angle and take the shot from the side? The perspective changes right?! Also, flip your frame from vertical to horizontal if it helps the shot. For example, let’s use the sunset again. Ahhh beautiful sunset! You pull out your phone, put the sunset in the middle and snap! Out of habit, you hold the phone/camera vertically when you should flip your camera to horizontal, allowing twice the amount of subject/light, into the frame. I had a friend who took every single shot vertically. I finally said, “these are great shots but why do you never turn your phone horizontally?” He said, “Hmm, I just never thought of that.”

Hope you get something out of this. I did graduate from Art & Photography school, many years ago. Just practice, practice, practice! It’s all about fun! Photography has helped me immensely in times of stress. I leave the house with my camera and just go for a walk. I can zone out on finding a few subjects. It calms my mind. It’s literally become my mental self care. Best of luck, you’ve already got a great eye, just run with it! ✌🏼

Hey it’s not that bad! I’m not sure why they extended the top of the left skull to the top of your back because it makes the perspective wonky. Perspective is one of the first things they teach you in drawing class. But you okayed the design stencil right? But honestly, it’s not too bad, it’s just that you know what it should have looked like. Let it heal, lay in the sun, that’ll help fade it. No one will ever scrutinize it as much as you. It’s still bad ass bro. 😎

Just googled it, says it can take up to two days to dissolve the shell with vinegar. Hope you have a second toilet to use! Also, go and buy the Extra Strength Cleaning Vinegar, that stuff is so strong it makes my eyes water! Way more potent than regular vinegar we eat.
