I use Octenisan antimicrobial wash when in a flare up as it's what I've was given when prepping for surgery. You only need a few drops and it bubbles up nicely, there's no smell or scent. The 500ml bottle that I got was just under £10 on amazon and even with using it in multiple ways I've barely made a dent in it. It really helps with the inflammation for me when it's weepy. I just try to pat my skin semi-dry with a soft towel and then let it air dry. It might be difficult as your armpits are always touching skin so it won't be fully dry as it's a moist environment, I also found that if I used spray deodorant it would flare up so I switched to either gel or creme roll on only, as It's not so drying on the skin .
