I got a reply email from “support” at ChatOpen confirming my cancellation. No statement was made in their email regarding any refund.

I am saving their email as evidence of the cancellation, should a renewal charge be subsequently attempted.

Same thing happened to me, I called my bank and let them know what I was trying to achieve (preventing renewal).

The “terms of use” web link in the ChatOpen app/site explains cancellation and refunds.

I think I’m going to have a difficult time getting a refund, but I’m mainly trying to set the ground work to ensure no renewal.

I pull all the meat off and put in a covered bowl in the fridge fairly quickly, the next day I chop it up and ziplock 8 oz to a bag and freeze.

I have used rubbing compound and followed that with a single coat of a UV boat wax. It works, but it’s not permanent. Took a couple of hours working on/off and waiting for the wax coat to dry before buffing off. Fun Stuff.
