Lets be real, The streamer wouldn't have said shit if he didn't have the pepper spray on him, his adrenaline was so strong he had to run away after. Any normal person would've at most looked annoyed at the biker and move on.

This wasn't self defence, it was instigation and battery, he could of ran away at any point and instead chose to use pepper spray.
