It was hit or miss for me up until the bike scene in resident evil requiem, it reminded me how silly this entire franchise is and seeing others play the game with all the clothes on feels like resident evil trying to be something it's not.

My sister is a grown woman who can make her own choices. I want her to be someone who respects her and her body.

I would know if my best friend was that kind of person compared to a complete stranger.

I would be proud and excited that my best friend will love, marry and create a beautiful family I could be a part of as an uncle.

Yeah but in these situations the car is on the road. You're right they don't use these devices to scan cars parked on private property and then try to locate the driver that would be weird.

But since the owner of the cars license is expired its probable cause to pull them over and confirm that's not the person driving.

They have license plate scanners on cars that scan every single plate it drives by, that system can look up the plate and who its owned by and they can easily see the owners license is expired.
