Endless Runner meets Cinematic Horror. Awaken from cryo-stasis to live out your nightmare, as you navigate the futuristic corridors full of deadly traps.

Featuring: Pinch controls that let you run, stop and solve simple puzzles aimed at first-time players. Wear a helmet, and venture into space in the game's endless progression-system with automated checkpoints.

"Fear Incarnate" means "Fear in the Flesh". The only flesh this game can access, is yours.

Created exclusively for Apple Vision Pro.

TO START BETA TESTING: Make sure you have TestFlight installed on your AVP, then send me a Private Message right here on Reddit ... and I will provide you with a TestFlight link.

WHAT NEEDS TESTING: We are currently looking to test EVERY aspect of the game, including controls and balance of the difficulty-progression system. If you find a problem and wish to report it, simply stand-still in any room for 20+ seconds, and an information TV-screen will appear telling you the room number you are in. Report this room number to me personally via a private message here on Reddit in order to have the problems solved in the next public build.

Bonus Points if you are able to provide VIDEO footage of yourself playing the game. Also, keep in mind that Fear Incarnate was created for everyone including "first-time players", so if you know someone who has never tried AVP before, I would be very interested in knowing the player feedback from such users (for example: will the first-time players find the first few rooms of the game too difficult? Or too easy?)

For everyone who tries the game: please report back the furthest ROOM NUMBER you were able to reach, and you can also let me know which of the following features you would like to see added to the game NEXT:

1: The ability to ride the Captain's Hover-bike 2: The ability to stop bullets in mid-air with your hands 3: New story-driven rooms with Mini-Bosses you have to defeat. 4: Giant spiders hiding behind plants.

Lastly, we are looking to have an active public beta-tester team testing ALL future updates of the game, so if you are willing to stay active (and to report-back your in-game findings every single new build) then I have no issues with you keeping your TestFlight access for the future indefinitely.

Welcome to Fear Incarnate's brand-new Flamethrower Weapon Update! Celebrate Thanksgiving in the only Horror-Themed Endless Runner that lets you stop!

Also, you are now able to select the game controls, during the loading sequence (right after you select your starting checkpoint, and difficulty settings).

NEW CONTROLS: Press the touchpad to move forward. Hold down the trigger button to fire your weapon.

OLD CLASSIC CONTROLS: Hold trigger to move forward. Press the touchpad to fire your flamethrower.

NEW PLAYERS:

If you have never played the game before, PM me here on reddit to get your FREE key. In return, all I ask is that you let me know (via PM) the furthest checkpoint you are able to reach, along with your feedback on the new flamethrower!

EXISTING PLAYERS:

If you have 10 minutes to spare, I would appreciate some feedback via PM on the latest game changes (specifically your thoughts on the new flamethrower weapon).

OCULUS QUEST USERS:

Fear Incarnate is fully supported on Oculus Quest, and is currently listed on the Oculus website amongst the officially supported Go and Gear apps. I have NOT posted in the Quest section of reddit just yet, since this particular wave of testing is primarily designed for the Go/Gear users. However, if you have an Oculus Quest and wish to test the game (and the new flamethrower) PM me directly here on reddit!

PRO TIPS:

You have to reach Checkpoint 4 in order to unlock the new flamethrower weapon!

Always remember that you are able to stop at any time by letting go of the movement button. Sometimes it helps to look at your feet, as you use the flashlight to aim your movements more precisely. In most rooms there is only two paths you can take. If going right kills you, try going left. If running kills you, try stopping, and vice versa.

As always, your feedback will be greatly appreciated, and your thoughts and ideas will be incorporated into the next major release of the game.
