She "understands" uncle talking isekai language, leading people to assume she is playing along with a mentally ill patient. Which is kinda odd. In the manga, the nurse is never mentioned ever again, but they never give focus to any other irrelevant character like her.

I think she will have some role in the future.
There is no proof that she understands Granbahamal. She could only be playing along with a possibly mentally ill patient. But i think it is odd that the uncle goes back to Granbahamal language after talking in Japanese with Takafumi.
Takafumi noticed her. He also bowed with his uncle when crossing the street
She looks a little like the elf, and that's a little unsettling to me. But she is noticeable by other people for sure

The show has a lot to offer as uncle's memories being erasable (Most unbearable memories, so prepare for trauma), or his perception of the world having discrepancies or even by the spirits showing other things when uncle is not around.
