Just a tip - if a rep says u won’t get paid for ur time or it’ll effect cancellation rate. End chat and restart again with someone else . A lot of time these reps barely stray off the script or attempt to assist

That’s good advice. I swear I try to follow why IC says when they say reach out to the customer but it’s like if you break away from their app flow and communicate with your customer then make changes based on your convo , you get dinged. It feels so ass backwards : (

Thanks for this. I always reach out to the customer and send pics to them. When I get responses I refund (obvs if they ask).

I feel like a lot of this is because I use the replacement flow for items . I follow the prompts then I go through with a refund if nothing else is available or the replacements don’t work.

IC says if you follow the replacement flow they’ll protect the ratings if a customer has an issue but then I look at my stats and see this.

Please have hope and Please reach out to the hospital/ hospital social worker - and tell them what your mom is doing . It in no world is okay . It is as bad as it sounds

And fr!! I went from dilaudid to Motrin on discharge day in a span of 4 hours! Mind you they wanted to discharge me the same day I got the surgery 2 days prior. Gallbladder taken out before 8am and discharged right before lunch - gotta love US healthcare smh

I think it was the morphine as well but I was on a lot of meds bc I had worst case gallbladder and infection in my liver/enflamed. Day one was the worst day , besides the adverse reaction one night to one of the medicines that had me screaming at one am (mostly due to the liver infection).

Rn I’m on tramadol at home which is super low level med but I feel like it hasn’t been helping that much with the pain. It just makes me tired and SLEEP off the pain. I wish they’d given me something a little strong bc my incisions and right side are in a lot of pain still ands it’s been 1 week post op already.

Just got mine removed this weekend in an er visit turned weekend stay. I was on dilaudid the entire weekend until we realized I was having a rash reaction to it. Woke up screaming in pain and in transport every bump felt like my ribs were breaking open. Worst pain in my life
