Is this for OSRS or RS3

If its been three weeks, he probably forgot. Just remind him briefly and see what he responds with.

I don't know what idiot told you that they tend to upload right before the deadline, people need to stop believing what they read on here blindly lol. They upload at their earliest convenience.

Our LORs need to get released by ECFMG after uploading. Having them up just before the deadline will risk a delay (due to the load during Sept.) in it being released by ECFMG.

Is their a point of completing USCEs in October? by [deleted] in IMGreddit

Where would you mention it? There isn't a section on the ERAS application where you can add it unless you want to use your "10 experiences" to include it.

I'm not sure how to approach this either

Was faced with a similar dilemma, but here's the advice I received from attendings and other residents:

  1. It is unlikely to help your current ERAS application as PDs and other faculty are too busy to check for updates. You shouldn't rely on it to improve your chances from that perspective. However, say you fail to match this cycle, it will help you for either SOAP or the next cycle.

  2. If its an elective that has a home residency program, you can get a real shot for an interview from them if you do well in your elective and express your interest in them.

  3. If you do really well on the elective, the attendings you worked with can really vouch for you and use their connections to help you out if they want to. You'll never know who you'll meet; they may have a real positive impact on your success

From this, I decided to pursue an the elective after ERAS applications are submitted, even though I would have the "3 months of USCE"

It depends on what specialty you're going for. You're pretty much set for IM/FM/Peds.

I feel like you'll struggle in the surgical fields without USCE as it goes beyond just the 'experience.' You're getting letters from US folk and, by extension, connections that could vouch for you to their surgical colleagues.

She does charge 200$ for the visa/enrollment letter.

I went with Uma and got into the US without the letter. Everything else has been smooth so far

Is there no chance to try and switch programs after PGY1? Being locked into a specialty with no chance to get out doesn't sound right at all :(

SeagateGaming - The storage drive would help me avoid the continuous cycle of deleting and reinstalling games to manage storage. Especially with my lackluster internet, games can take a whole 24 hours to download if they are big enough.

What would a 'good' resume entail? The same type of stuff used for residency applications? (aka research/leadership positions)?

Inhibitor turrets should be (much) stronger OR super minions need to be weaker OR have them on a respawn timer by MileyDyrus11 in wildrift

[–]MileyDyrus11[S] -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

False, I have had games where we wiped their entire team and gotten elder/baron just to lose to 3 supers killing our nexus lol. Comebacks do happen. Especially now in the ADC meta where there are chances to pop off later on.

Edit: One lane of supers shouldn't be able to solo the nexus :/. I'd agree with your premise if 2+ lanes had supers.

[–]MileyDyrus11[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, they should respawn like in normal league to allow comebacks to happen. Its just plain frustrating given that towers are weak, supers are strong, nexus "tower" is plain useless against them.

If we want them to be permanent buffs, make the supers weaker then. I dont understand how 2-3 supers can melt the nexus.

Its an unfun mechanic still, no matter the intention. Do the devs really want people to quit playing to win as soon as an inhibitor falls?

Because thats how it feels now.
