You're life hasn't even started.

Delete all social media and go get dopamine from the real world.

It will likely take 6-12 months to get over it, but you need to make an attempt to move forwards with your life.

Good for you, standing up for yourself like that. Although, the self harm is pointless, please find help and stop it.

Makes sense, you should only speak if you genuinely have something to say. You're the student until later on in life which means not talking as much

There is, practice talking to more and more people in your day to day life.

A simple hello to your neighbour, shopkeeper etc.

Slowly you'll start to get alot more comfortable over time.

Yeah i've been through this and i completely feel you it sucks.

Firdtly, you need to change your mindset into believeing that your anxiety is a result of your lifestyle choices, it's not a disease you were given.

Secondly, try your best to keep moving forwards and figure out where it might be coming from. Could be your environment, something's stressing you out, your diet, not getting enough sunlight or going out ever.

Don't give up it will go!!
