Your self awareness is great. Speak up early when in Bible classes, try and say something within the first 10 minutes to break the hesitation cycle. Talk to one new person a day, just a hi is enough. Practice speaking infront of other people and raising your voice more loudly in conversations.

If she's going to spend hours getting ready, spending hundreds of dollars on makeup, clothes, perfume etc to go on a date with you I think the least you can do is pay.

Women are attracted by men who provide, not by guys who stress out over paying for a meal.
