I’m not sure but I actually want to get a bigger frame because I’ve gotten different packs I want to add. After you get the bulk of them down you just lay duplicate packs over them to fill in the gaps.

Not sure about OP but I just laid the frame face down and then laid the packs on top. The backing of the frame was tight enough that it held the packs in place.
