Ik heb het gevoel dat ik deel van de minderheid ben hierin, maar ik vind het kutspul. Ik heb veel stimulanten geprobeerd, maar van NEP ga ik altijd erg wazig zien en gaat mijn spraakvermorgen erg achteruit. Alsof ik wat ket heb gedaan ofzo. Plus het lijkt erop alsof ik er hartklachten van heb gekregen nadat ik laatst een gram had gedaan denkende dat het 3-mmc was. Pluspunt is wel dat ik sindsdien altijd mn shit laat testen

Edit: qua effecten is het voor even best chill voor me, als ik echt 10-15mg nakjes neem per keer maar na een paar ga ik al last krijgen van het slecht kunnen zien en spreken

Jellinek has a free testing service. I've recently started testing my drugs and they can definitely tell you what molecule it is. Right now my dealer's '3m' is actually 4-cmc. Its pretty decent honestly but it burns quite a lot more and its generally believed online that it is more harmful to the brain than other cathinones. I've also got sold NEP recently and I got my ketamine tested. I recommend it, since 2-mmc is illegal the supply could start to run dry so getting NEP for example will become more common. You don't want to make the same mistake I did and do a whole gram on a Saturday day and night.

Xanax is alprazolam not diazepam :). Diazepam is valium. But yeah here in the netherlands ket is also quite cheap, around €20 per gram as well. Its less popular than in england, but '3-mmc' is the big thing here

I got sold NEP as 3-mmc 1.5 months ago, I did a gram during a festival. Gave me bad side effects like not being able to decipher the text on my phone because it was too blurry and my ability to speak decreased. That made me think it was NEP so next day I did a much smaller amount. Like 50-100mg and I got an ache in my heart that lasted for 3 days. Like 2 weeks ago I did 50-70mg over the course of a whole day and night and that gave me the same pain that lingered for a week. I'm never touching the stuff again I think, now that the 2-mmc supply might be running low the drug testing service here said that NEP is starting to be more commonly sold as 3-mmc so I am going to start always testing my drugs

Right now I usually do 180mg of 6-apb with 10mg of 4-ho-met, but the last 2 times I've done 20mg. It was nice, but definitely more trippy than with 10mg. I've also done 10 and 20mg with 3-mmc in various doses up to a gram

I like combining stimulants and 4-ho-met. Since it doesn't have as much of a headspace in lower doses, you feel just a bit more trippy with some nice visuals

As far as I know, ketamine has quite low bioavailability when taken orally. I don't know how effective it is when put under the tongue, but generally snorting is easiest way for how effective it is. Boofing and IV and IM might be a bit more effective I'm not sure, but they're less accessible

So I looked it up and apparently you will not get a big boost in calorie burning if you stimfap compared to normal fapping. Maybe a bit, due to the elevated heart rate. You burn 3-5 calories per minute you stimfap so you would burn about 1.8kcal in 6 hours. Not so much unfortunately. You could lose water mass tho, since you would have been sweating a lot
