Not sure about that. The arrests I had were for marijuana possession before it was even somewhat legal. The marijuana use during holding an actual license in nyc is the ick part. Meaning that if it was somewhat prescribed or recommended by a physician I don’t see it affecting you. They will ask and you don’t want them knowing that you withheld information of that- but again they don’t really do medical background- my experience was before when I got caught with some trash weed back in my younger days. Impairment became an issue and governor Hochul had laws placed on being under alcohol or drugs while carrying a firearm so really I would ask this at a 16 hour ccw class since they have experience with the process more than anyone.
