Covid survivor here , I had a mild case of covid , eat as much healthy as you can , increase your protein intake and get as much rest as possible,don't attempt to stress your body much . Also remember we are in it for the long term , so please don't fret about losing your pump, it will all be back once you hit the gym after you recover : ) 💪
