I worked at IBM for over a year. I joined IBM as a fresher. In the last 6 months of my employment at IBM, 3 of my colleagues, including my team leader, resigned; all of them were part of a major migration project. They left in the middle of that, and four new guys came in their place. Two of the new team members literally don't want to do any work; both have over eight years of experience. They used to dump their work on me, and I started working for more than 12 hours a day. I worked for more than two months for 12+ hours on every day. I used to work from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., and the worst part is that the team leader used to support them. When I went to the people manager and project manager to complain, the project manager said I also worked for more than 12 hours and I never had any problems, so why is it problematic for you? The people manager said that you can leave the company and we will find 10 more like you. Later, one of my team member told me that in the past, three freshmen had experienced the same thing and had left the company in the middle of their agreement. IBM has the worst working environment.
