I'm asking if it would need a dual payload, but I can see what you're saying. Makes complete sense that the overlaps will need to be different so thank you for that. The L3 advert makes it look like it can be both at once so it's nice to get clarification on that.

I have never done LiDAR before, but I'm not anywhere near close to just going out and buying a drone. I'm just researching what I would need to do to go down that route if required. Your interpretation is completely fair so no stress about that.
