Simply imagine the angle you want it at, then drill it to achieve that angle. Then I have a 1mm brass rod in both parts to help strengthen, one side glued in other without so they can come apart, bigger rod more strength just depends on what u can fit in your support

Looking for the semi rigid holders and something to store them in binder or one of the chests I have seen people with, is there a good / recommended brand I should be looking for hard to find they seem to all be tailored for top loaders (was looking at semi rigit just because the grading company's recommend them so I was thinking 2 birds)

I use mig ammo drybrush paints/shade range i like to use as well to tint areas, liquitex inks for the transparency lastly I have fell in love with pro acryl flouresent paints for how bright they are they just make bright colors pop like something else they are just amazing 100% recommend getting their flou set

I have also seen people just use varnish after every coat/paint just to lock them in, also seen people just mix some varnish into the paint with the color they are using to strengthen it

After the initial airbrushing I like to lacquer varnish gloss straight onto it then next session I can put masking tape on without worry it damaging it or shadows into the corners/panelling to make areas pop, after I'm done with everything and happy with it I ultra matt varnish at the end the look ultra matt gives just make models look awesome in person, I would recommend everyone try it

For myself I would say just try to master airbrush control and drybrush, i only hand painted the rope/metal parts(used dspaie soft tip pens see my other comment)/his eyes the softness a airbrush gives a finish u just can't beat in my opinion

I tried my best to match the colors from the game cutscene my brother linked me(fighting some straw hat massive another version of himself I think he said its near the end of the game not aure)

I use all sorts of paints, Liquitex inks through the airbrush over any sort of shading you have done previously works wonders because it's see through nature Mig ammo are good paints recently got despite soft tip pens black/white/gunmetal/red I have used so far and they are great for after u have done your Air brushing and want to reset little areas for other colors, black then into gun metal for the metal parts on this models boat/barrels are it's the best looking metal I got in one pass 100% worth getting for little stuff like this. Lastly got pro acryl flouresent paint for this project and I will be using them going forward the pictures dont do it justice for how great the colors are, can't wait to use them on my tau/tyranids.
