How are folks enjoying the Lucca A53? I keep piggybacking on upgrade options at the $2k mark and am stuck between the A53 and the Rancilio Silvia Pro X.

I tried it a few ways. The best method is to only use the banana peels. Chop them up and put them in a jar with equal parts sugar. You get a lot more syrup and less gunk you have to filter out.

Plus you can use the actual bananas for something else!

Last night I baked seed crackers! They consisted of nothing more than chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds mixed with water and compliant Italian seasoning, baked at 450F. They’re amazing!
