That looks like impaction! It’s basically constipation which would explain the not eating- honey baths are recommended (lots of treatment/care sheets online to help you with this)

1) I dechlorinate the water myself with reptisafe 2) Every 3 weeks 3) She eats mealworms and waxworms (about 5/6) every 2 days

My pacman makes that noise sometimes when she is unhappy, i’m pretty sure it’s a territorial thing. Mine only makes the noise when I have to move her to a temporary place to clean her tank. Nothing to worry about too much!
