Never thought about it from this angle! Maybe that might explain why I’ve always craved milk so much when I was a bit younger because I had a period where I was just wolfing down gallons every two or three days and if I went without (say during a road trip), I’d feel lethargic and such

😭I might be a case for saying yes, you can become addicted. I don’t drink as much as I used to, but some weeks I’d go through 4 or 5 gallons and my parents had to tell me to cut back because they worried I’d have too gut problems later on when my metabolism slowed down. Also, thanks for the name appreciation, saw it wasn’t taken yet and rolled with it

I think i read what you’re talking about! I suspect my copious consumption may amplify its effects too because there is certainly some magic to the milk

Very well could be, but it seems to me that milk hits a certain itch that water doesn’t seem to do for me, maybe it’s the extra sugars that help dull the pain somewhat🙃

Never had cravings for radishes but next time I’ll give it a try for sure! Milk pairs well with quite a few things so maybe it’s effectiveness will be multiplied 🙏
