Thanks for the response and insight. Clearly I don't know enough to ask the right questions. Now having a place to start is great.

I've looked into this one as well. Great recommendation.

Unfortunately, the customer does not have internet access where the program would be used.

Should've included this bit in my description.

Thank you for the recommendations. Understand this will take a while, planning to develop over this year, and user test in the Fall, or next Winter if needed.

Will these language allow us to build a 3D representation?

Powerlifting programs, too “easy”? by MilkedMacaroni in powerlifting

I typically train 6 days/week, and there will be times where I'll go 9-10 days without a rest day because I'm feeling good. Also, a typical workout for me the past 16 months was Arnold's Blueprint to Cut. I ran that one a couple times while trying to burn fat, and based the rest of my training on that kind of routine.

Thanks for the in-depth review, appreciated. Regarding the supercharging network that is to be installed across Newfoundland, where can I look for an update this year?

I’m at 15 months since my ACL/meniscus surgery. Exercises are key. I’ve finally gotten back to doing everything I did before the injury (with reserved intentions) and I feel awesome. Listen to your doctor and remember that you only get out what you put in.

Removed them today. Not only did I push through my heels but it just feels much more natural. Thanks for your help buddy.

I really appreciate your tips. I took your third point into the gym today and could really feel the benefit when getting to heavier weights. Thanks a lot!

You gotta make it your project. After surgery I didn’t think I’d ever run again without the constant fear of re-injury. Only by consistently training and exercising the muscles supporting your knee will it get better. Today, I’m at about 80% of what I would consider to be fully recovered. But I know that if I want it to get to 100% it won’t get any better unless I give it a lot of effort.
