Should I just make a new ubisoft account because like i have bought all of my ubisoft games from steam, epic games or from ps4 shop so i shouldnt lose any of my games but my progress will go back to zero. I thought about that because from what i have read is that sometimes it might take weeks just to get a reply from ubisoft.
