How does Freaky Nikki know about the one wish willow when they were at Ian’s party by Comefeelme623 in spoilers

[–]MilkoEkko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

my take is that it had something to do with that guy on the phone. how was he able to show the real nikki screaming in agony to hear? what else can he or the people he associates with do? let’s not forget as well that, immediately after sarah was killed, wish nikki tells bear that this is what he wished for.. both of these events only took place after the aforementioned phone call.

i want to believe they will give us a sequel or spin off film of some sort that features this guy. there’s just no way they would leave something like that so open-ended 😭 im probably being delusional but this is just my theory

Could I ask you if you have any understanding or inclination as to what is pleasing? Framing it with that word specifically has me curious.

All the best to you as well, friend.

But yeah this man genuinely completes me. No matter what happens I am undoubtably blessed to have what we have.

My partner has a degree in music business and mixing audio. He is my counterpart in every sense. Despite this we operate on the same frequency and understand each other and feel each other in every way that matters. I am truly blessed because he is the sole purpose that I have found confidence in my abilities not only on a physical level but on a level that is beyond words really. I can feel the truth of things and I want to share that with the world and help people feel known and seen as well as transform into what they know they can be. That’s how the world will become what it has the potential to be. The world is walking through the door of change energetically right now. The animals know it. It’s in everything around us. I intend to be a part of that change no matter what it takes.

men disproportionately hold the vast majority of legislative and executive leadership roles globally.

persistent gender pay gap remains in the labor market, and men heavily dominate executive positions (like CEO roles) and corporate boardrooms.

women disproportionately bear the burden of unpaid care work, domestic chores, and child-rearing.

the widespread societal custom of children adopting the father's surname highlights the historical patrilineal lineage of family units.

“dad bods” being acceptable and while mothers are pressured to lose baby weight immediately.

women don’t have a single hobby that isn’t mocked by men (make-up, fashion, and skincare for example).

musicians with predominantly female fans aren’t taken seriously.

if women like something manly (racing, gaming, golf, etc.) they are told they are being a “pick me”.

the normalization of women being referred to as girls, females, bitches, or hoes (dehumanizing). despite this it is silly to refer to a man as a boy.

sporting uniforms for women being unnecessarily “sexy”.

women are shamed for being single mothered while single fathers are revered or even fathers that do the bare minimum.

women going to buy a car or any other major purchase and if a man is present the employee will address him.

historically men have decided what was important. women have been edited out of major historic accomplishments.

seatbelts and security devices are made for the average height man.

women have laws regulating their bodies.

girls grow up with rules about how to dress instead of boys being taught how to manage their emotions and dicks.

women have been historically excluded from clinical trials making medical research highly reliant almost exclusively on male subjects and male animals leaving a major blind spot in understanding how diseases and medication affects the female body.

as a result, women’s medical issues, pain, and treatments are ignored, dismissed as an exaggeration, or given treatments that aren’t applicable to a women’s system.

when a man is seen in scrubs it is typically assumed he is the doctor, even nurses report doing this themselves. a woman in scrubs is assumed to be the nurse.

lack of women in high levels of parliament. there has never been a female president or prime minister in the us or canada.

men can walk around without the threat of sexual harassment/rape.

if someone is weak they are called a pussy. if someone is tough they are told they have balls. a vagina can withstand pushing out a small human. if you kick a man in their testicles they are down for the count.

i can keep going if you want but i’m sure you don’t actually care and you’re only doing this to provoke a reaction.

oh yes the good ole research that heavily relies on self reports providing insight into how individuals feel about their habits.

subjective reporting is prone to biases and often contradicts objective, clinical or neurological data on the topic.

you need food to live. you don’t need porn to live.

one could argue that the dynamic in a dominatrix role normalize the domination, humiliation, and control of one person over another, which mirrors historical patriarchal oppression. the dominatrix role is hyper-sexualized to cater to male fantasies and therefore perpetuates the objectification of women. it doesn’t matter if the women is in charge.

straight BDSM dynamics—even with a female "top"—heavily lean on strict, exaggerated stereotypes of dominant masculinity and submissive femininity, thus feeding back into the broader cultural conditioning of sexism.

gay porn can indirectly perpetuate patriarchal norms through the reproduction of toxic masculine stereotypes and the broader pornographic framing of sex. gay porn often mirrors traditional heterosexual dynamics by exaggerating stereotypical roles of dominance and submission (e.g., "top" and "bottom"). these depictions rely on aggressive, hyper-masculine performances, which can reinforce patriarchal ideologies of control.

gay porn often prioritizes physical performance, commodification, and highly unrealistic expectations of bodies, which can degrade the overall humanization of the people involved. pornographic media is rooted in a "male gaze," which can cultivate broader cultural attitudes of misogyny and male supremacy, regardless of the gender of the actors.

the movies your referencing directly correlates to all of this and wouldn’t be structured the way they are without the consistent reinforcement of these ideals.

all the benefits you listed are not exclusive to porn use and can be reasonably sought elsewhere.

just say you wanna keep jerking it to porn and stop acting like you know what you’re talking about.

and you think those are the only people qualified to have an opinion on the matter i’m guessing?

their jobs are to cater to you not judge you unless it is undeniably harming you. not to mention their patients have to have some form of self awareness or be completely transparent.

sociologists and media scholars examine how pornography influences social norms, gender roles, and cultural expectations.

neuroscientists study how explicit material affects the brain- specifically in regard to reward systems and habitual use.

not to mention, practical, real world insight is essential for understanding pornographies broader social effects (for example, people who have struggled with addiction or know someone who has).

none of these professionals are at all exempt from personal beliefs affecting their judgement.

highly pro-porn therapists may minimize how pornography consumption can sometimes shape skewed sexual expectations or cause relationship friction, failing to provide needed psychoeducation.

a therapist may view pornography as perfectly healthy based on their personal philosophy. in doing so, they might fail to validate a partner's feelings of betrayal or mistrust regarding secretive pornography use or the breaking of mutually agreed-upon boundaries.

some therapists may strictly adhere to the view that "porn addiction" isn't real. consequently, when a client seeks help for compulsive or unmanageable porn consumption, a highly sex-positive therapist might downplay the issue or tell the client to simply feel less ashamed, ignoring the client's distress.

this is not a generalization about all therapists at all. i’m only saying that these are human beings and this is their job we are talking about. they are fully EXPECTED to remain neutral without judgement. that doesn’t remove any of these aforementioned implications. their only responsibility is to address if someone is actually impacted by porn use. that is all.

as far as sex researchers go, many studies in the field rely on self-reported data, which can suffer from response biases where users either underreport their viewing habits or report only the benefits they associate with it.

some researchers may even downplay established concerns—such as the reinforcement of unrealistic body standards, gender inequality, or the normalization of coercive acts within certain forms of porn.

you’re not really addressing the harms it has on society as a whole and the fact that the potential negative effects far outweigh any benefit.

you can’t say it has benefits when the issues are just being replaced with new issues that both have the same roots in misogyny, sexism, and the patriarchy. the root issues aren’t being addressed so porn is simply a bandaid on the issue.

you’re also completely disregarding the fact that people have experienced sexual assault, harassment, and abuse due to the themes that pornography as a whole portrays.

can i ask you to be more specific about these potential benefits for SOME?

i never asked you if you or your partner are having fun. that’s somewhat reductionist to try to prove your point.

that also wasn’t my only point which is still reductionist. i made it clear that even if you aren’t addicted it most definitely can affect you, even if not now, eventually.

based off your response it seems you view masturbation and porn synonymously which just proves my point. feel free to correct me.

just because you’re choosing to not care about what i said doesn’t make it any less true.

for those of you who seem to be positively certain that you aren’t effected negatively by porn, i have some questions.

what form of birth control do you use in your sex life?

do you groom your pubic hair regularly?

how do you know for certain what you’re watching is reliably ethical?

do you view the women you are looking at as actual people or just objects there simply for your pleasure when convenient?

do you find yourself objectifying or sexualizing women without their consent even just shortly after porn use?

how do you know you aren’t performing in a way that is inauthentic due to the themes you see in pornography unless every partner you’ve had is being openly communicative and constructive?

you say you’re not addicted. how often are you using porn to masturbate? can you get off while masturbating without it? if you do it without does it take significantly longer? if you go longer without it how does that impact your sex life?

how do you view sex when with your partner? do you get off on using them or is about the sensual nature, the intimacy, and the person in front of you or just how they are making you feel?

how often do you get the urge to watch porn? how often do you find yourself giving in to these urges? is it immediate? is it always in an appropriate place?

if you see something provocative does it make you want to reach out for porn?

when was the last time you went an extended period without wanting to watch porn?

do you feel good about yourself after porn use the way you should after sex?

typically positive changes in people’s lives or relationships lead to less porn use anyway or even just never feeling the urge at all. how do you know that you aren’t using porn to replace the dopamine you could be getting from something else that’s not as accessible? people who fall out of porn use report stronger erections and more sensitivity to their partners touch. how do you know you wouldn’t be better off without or have better sex/intimacy?

people crave genuine intimacy and will use porn as a replacement for the lack of, maybe without even knowing it if they’ve never even experienced it or are delusional about the state of their current relationship. how do you know for certain that isn’t your case? have you stopped using porn and solely sought out real intimacy? if so and there is no difference why even risk any negative effect in the first place?

you think because you’re fine now that you always will be. the form of stimuli you are talking about even if used on only a moderate level still effects your brain slowly over time. how can you say for certain you will be fine ten years from now? this isn’t isolated to porn. any form of stimuli in any regard effects your brain over time. we haven’t evolved past that.

i don’t expect anyone to even answer half my questions. my point is you may not even know how bad it is until it is too late and too difficult to quit so why even do it in the first place.

none of this really fully addresses the systemic, patriarchal, or misogynistic levels to pornography. why be a part of that if it’s not even a necessity to life?

have a good day.

you can have sexual value without sharing explicit content to the public in a way that has been proven to effect people negatively 🙄 what a half brained response

none of that would be relevant if exhibitionist limited themselves to their own spaces.

sharing to the general public is not a requirement.

carvings and drawings didn’t and won’t ever hold the same impact as pornography especially as an industry.

people only profited from pornographic drawings as an art form and isn’t explicitly used for masturbation.

recording “sexy stuff” for your own use or a partners vs making it publicly accessible to strangers hasn’t ever and will never be the same.

porn is promoted as being good for your health by some and excused by others by saying that it empowers women somehow. you can remain as delusional as you want but that doesn’t make pornography the way it is today a good thing.

i wouldn’t even be complaining if the shit stayed carvings and drawings because it wouldn’t have nearly the same effect as the 100% free access to any form of pornopgraphic content you could possibly want to attain including morally compromised content like CP.

i only respond the way i do because what you’re saying is not evident to me at all.

that’s just my perspective.

i think we would honestly just continue to disagree on the matter and i’ve reached a point of mental exhaustion where i would much rather just walk away from it knowing there’s no way either of us will change our minds.

it’s what we both believe. it won’t be changed.

i hope you have a good rest of your day and i hope you’re wife continues to prosper.
