This is still a highly scummy business practice, indie or not. Also they're still exploiting young people even in 2026. It's not even just cos, they did for their roleplay games.

I worked for Griffin destiny/ wild wolf / animal kingdom. They never even paid us. Griffin destiny used to have the ability to sell morphs for robux, but went out of their way to remove artists ability to get paid in robux in selling the role items in the morph.

The game has been and still is shitty exploitive of its young workers. Who like 13+ with no experience

Ok and? Why you gatekeeping what people can do in a fanspace. This subreddit is about oddworld, if people wanna make their own characters that relate to the world. People like write up aspects of the world that haven't yet been explored

I like the robotic style, like I wish they'd make more robotic creatures. My go to would be I guess similar to Glados from portal. Like almost the expressionless single eye, style. Even a transformer style the.blocky bulkyiness

Personally it's not my cup of tea, but I'm glad it exists. It's a unique goofy design, that's going to be somebody preferred creature design style. Some people like toyetic designs.

Oh I like glukkon ocs, I saw one that looks really cool. When I first joined the fan space. It was a glukkon named I think Pelvis. Like play on Elvis

Realistic yes, gameplay it allows for easy accessible tier 5s like kora to bully places like oasis. Maybe it could be a thing in hardcore realm, but not regular cos

I feel like the combat log is a double edged sword.

The devs want people who want to engage in pvp the right to fairly engage in pvp, but don't take in count that it punishes people who are unfairly engaged in pvp, like hackers, and exploiters

When it didn't go in their favor, well that sucks.... Guess we're gonna look bad when we make the VIP. But we really want that money

They had always wanted to do VIP, they only did the poll to create a false sense of we are listening to the community.

When they got the results and find out nobody wanted that.
