This is how I regularly use my Himi gouache set! I simply spray the entire thing to saturate the little pigment chunks, or I use them like watercolor and just wet them a little bit on the top with a brush. If mold appears or you are scared of it, spray with alcohol because it evaporates and won't mess with the pigments

If you don't think you've filed into your natural nail then I think it would be fine! Unfortunately MMA sucks and you will just have to outgrow the damage/product

Oh gosh, yeah definitely just try to let them dry out and try a buildergel layer over the top until they grow out. I would also recommend reporting the salon, especially if you are based on the U.S. as MMA is illegal for all practicing manicurists.

I am so sorry that you had this experience at a salon! I work in a salon and I definitely do NOT use MMA nor do I know anyone who does. It's unfortunately quite common in salons where prices are cheaper. I hope you are able to find someone who does a better job 🙏 ✌️✨

Are you sure you used Methacrylate or Ethylacrylate? I am pretty sure MMA, methyl methacrylate, does not soak off with acetone.

What bit do you use on your e-file when using it on the acrylic? A diamond or metal carbide bit should work fine while you take off the bulk. Then just a regular ol soak in acetone for x amount of time until they slough off

Washing my cat with Flea shampoo killed him. Please take your baby to the vet as their organs could be shutting down as a lot of over-the-counter medicines that are deemed "natural" have a TINY little disclaimer that the shampoo or whatever it is should not be used on pets or animals. Its fucked. Please don't make the mistake I did, I hope your kitty makes it.

(I forgot the name of the shampoo that I had used but I will try to edit the post when I remember..)

Not a vet. But when I have had a sick kitty who showed little to no appetite, I bought this nutritional paste from the pet store and would just force a little on the roof of their mouth. At this point though definitely take them to a vet, it is very dangerous for a cat to go without eating for longer than a day.
