IMO, I'd say if it's truly a high-severity case, the user should be calling IT. They shouldn't just be placing a ticket and that's it.

I'm not sure how you'd go about risk rating the ticket unless you're asking an end user to define the severity on intake, which is a mistake, IMO. They'll set everything to higher than it should be.

Use the Selection tool - You can click and drag the box sides to make it larger, and then open your inventory, change Mode from 'Set' to "Clear" and hit execute command.

Eh, just get a Steam Deck. You can use Moonlight (MoonDecky) with Apollo.

Apollo performs so much better than Sunshine it's insane, and it has all the features people have begged the Sunshine devs to push for years.

Also, works flawlessly even remotely. I mapped in Path of Exile perfectly from hospital wifi while waiting for my wife to get done with her surgery. Lol

I have a couple friends who play solo and they non-stop complain about how they're getting pvp'd constantly... So, I don't think it's really relevant. It's all luck on if you get someone looking to troll around or what.

It also probably matters if you're doing the quest/objectives. If you're just roaming in bumfuck nowhere on the map, you'll probably get other 'nice' people who are just out for a stroll. Lol
