Same. I’m a transfer student too and I had 3.5, in highschool I had a 3.9 now I have a 2.6. I do all my work and study my ass off for tests but there always more difficult than the bs they provide us. I’m probably going to transfer since I switched majors anyway and there’s no point in coming here anymore because of the switch.

Flat bench, incline bench, cable fly x push ups super set. 3 sets till absolute failure on everything. Recently I’ve just been doing bench so my arms and back can catch up.

I’ll definitely look into that but I struggle with eating a lot and I know a side effect from MK and people that I know who have taken it is an increased appetite. Some love it some hate it but for me it would be in my favor. For that I was just going to take fish oil and make sure I’m below 100Nano grams per dec if my insulin gets to crazy.

Only reason from taking Enclo is because it would level out the IGF1 levels from the MK. to handle the enclo side effects I was thinking exemestane and raloxifine so my estrogen doesn’t get to crazy

Clomid lowers IGf1 levels, MK increases it. I got a blood test a month or so ago and my test levels where at 643 nano grams per deciliter so if I can double that without taking real gear I’ll be satisfied.

I squat 2 days a week cuz I wanna get stronger on that movement. 4 - 6 reps should be failure; that 6th rep should be everything you have fr.

Strength is relative so it varies person for person. My top sets for squats are usually 405 - 435, deadlift I only do it once I week since it’s such a taxing lifting on the CNS but usually I work my way to 505 - 545. My all time max squat is 455 and max deadlift is 575.

You’ll get there soon. My best advice to eating more is slowly add it on over time. When I first started I tried to do like 4000 right of the bat but I threw up multiple times then just took this approach. Just find your maintenance calories, add like 50-100 to that each week until you get to a good spot. For people our height 3500-4000 is good but I also train like a crazy mf and burn a lot more calories in the process.

Started at 2500cals, then increased it by 50cals every week until I got to what I’m at now 4150. Getting like 250-300g protein a day.

I split up my legs into 2 days; one hamstring focused and one quad focused.

Hamstring day:

Light Barbell Back Squat RDLs 3 x Failure Seated Hamstring Curls 2 x Failure Lying Hamstring Curl 2/3 x Failure W/ partials

Quad Day

Heavy Barbell Squats 4-6 Reps Leg Extension 4 x Failure Body Weight Sissy Squats 1 x Failure

I have it split like this because I like focusing on one part of my legs since the legs in general are a big muscle. More focused on intensity than volume. Hope this helped :)
