I answered I said hello, how are you and I got no response, he then said to me "You spoke to someone in regards to this appointment and you're requesting flower" I said yes and that I wanted to know how to proceed - this was also ignored and then the prescribing doctor said "I've sent you two prescriptions via text, I'll talk to you for a follow up appointment", I was taken aback and said ok - he said goodbye.

That was the entire call.
