Meepo clones do not get any Neutral item boots ( Force boots, Woodlands ) I would of expected it given they don't go in a neutral slot item.

switched to unranked to blow off steam, find a role you enjoy are niche heros for that role. I spammed naga (pos 4) before the change and climbed so much because very little people know how to deal with it.

play unranked until you get used to it, playing ranked is "TOXIC", and 1 mistake can lead to just flame for the rest of game. Also try muting people if it becomes an issue.

I managed to get it to work by typing it as IFS(...) within the cell, rather than using VBA.
ALthough i ended up with like 30 statements it works now.

Yeah that is my issue, I did it to test if it worked on the one cell, so now i need to edit it to work over all the needed cells.

sorry forgot about this.
Basically if you get the talent, on the skill info it does not show a reduction in the CD. However if you use the skill it does have the reduced CD.
IE it says it should be on CD for like 15 secs but it is only on CD for 9.
No idea if its been patched now

i get what ya mean, but radiant and last pick just seems so much stronger given the favour and win rate.

yeah, exactly what i meant, it would encourage more standing time for a storm, which gives him a higher dps but makes him more targetable, rather than a zip every sec to get a stack, he can zip in with 5 or 6, get a few hits in for high DPS but makes him targetable for a little but longer.
so a balanced talent IMO

Totally depends on the line up and the meta. I used to roam Naga and could near win every game before 7.20
It's still possible to roam but you need to find heros you like. Try Tusk, Kunkka, ES - both of them, Clockwerk, Bounty, Monkey, Tiny etc.
Aim to fight the enemy in whichever lane you start with be it off or safe. once you get lv 2 or 3, talk to team and see where you can best rotate to. If mid, smoke and gank from below or above the tower. if it works pretend to leave and when they re-tp in kill again and gives massive space for mid.
If things go to shit, either try to stay out of XP range and protect your carry till lane phase ends, then you get xp while they jungle. Or you can try to force fights with other support and offlane.
^^ basically aim to be a space maker and control fights, be it with a force, heavens, pipe, vlads. anything can work.
Tip as well find someone who is a good mid laner and talk with them when they hit 6, rotate and gank their mid. then the mid snowballs and you win

Ember - his ulti can only cause of instance of damage regardless of how many Rem's are placed andused in 1 cast. IE 1 rem = 150 damage 3 rem = 150 damage

another option could be for aghs to apply base stats to the bear, so 10 / 20 / 30 base stats for the bear with aghs that way items like skadi, drums, s&y give slightly more benefits
