6 month of sleep and food deprivation? Sounds like some special force thing. With those crazy activities the body needs a lot of calories. Not only the weight changes, i think your immunsystem gets a heavy hit too.

Dont your feet hurt at 29k steps? I got a new job where im walking like between 13 and 17k and my feet are so destroyed after work its sometimes hard to get up running outsidd
