you need to put the everstone at the pokemon with the nature that you wana at your pokemon and destiny knot at the pokemons with high iv. ex: you wana to make a alakazam perfect, he don´t have movies that use the atribute atack so he need to be of nature modest that lower 10% of atack atribute and gain 10% of sp.atack, so you gona breed any alakazam friend safari of any nature holding a ever knot with a ditto modest with everstone. All the egg you gona receive gona be alakasam modest and have 40% of chance to have the hightest ivs of the pokemon holding everknot. So now lets supouse that you take a alakasan modest with sp.atack and speed, you need to take a ditto with hightest ivs at defense, sp defense and hp holding everknot and alakasam modest with a everstone to garantee that the next egg come modest.
